Types of cookies

Cookies are divided in “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”: the firsts are first downloaded and then deleted at the closure of the browser; the seconds are stored on the hard disk of the user until their expiration date. Persistent cookies are mainly used to facilitate the website navigation, to understand which sections of the site generated a certain amount of pages and users, and to deliver advertising formats. The session cookies used are intended to speed up the internet traffic analysis and to facilitate users with the access to the services offered by the website, with the use of which no personal data is transmitted nor user-tracking systems are used. Treatment purposes for which consent is given where required (Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/03)

Data management (company, name, last name, e-mail address, telephone numbers and address) you voluntarily provided, relating to:

Requests for information about Florence World services in order to be contacted by the company;

Acquirement of preliminary information at the conclusion of a contract, supply of services and commercial offers.

 

Methods of treatment – Conservation

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and manual form, with the means and tools to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, by the persons who are specifically assigned to it in accordance with the provisions of art. 31 and following Legislative Decree 196/03. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed.

Scope of communication and dissemination

Your data will not be disseminated - unless expressly authorized - but may be communicated to companies contractually linked to Florence World abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits set out in art. 42 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the limits provided for in art. 43 and art. 44 lett. B) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 in order to comply with the contracts or related purposes. Data may be disclosed to third parties in the following categories:

Subjects providing services for the management of the informative system used by Florence World and telecommunications networks (including e-mail and website management);

Subjects and entities that collaborate with Florence World in order to perform the services required by the Customer;

service companies for the acquisition, registration and processing of data from documents, or media provided and originated by the same Customers dealing with massive processing of payments, effects, checks and other securities;

Subjects that carry out Customer service activities;

Freelance workers and companies dealing with assistance and consultancy;

Competent authorities for the fulfillment of obligations under laws and / or provisions of public authorities, upon request.

Subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories carry out the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in full autonomy as distinct Data Managers. The list of managers is constantly updated and available at the Florence World office. Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with your explicit consent.
